4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Before Ticket Issuance:

  • Amendment Fee: £25 per person

  • Cancellation Fee: Loss of deposit (depending on airline policy)

After Ticket Issuance:

  • Refunds and cancellation charges will depend on the airline and the type of fare purchased.

  • Airline Fees: Each airline has its own cancellation policies and charges.

  • Al-haramain Umrah Company Administrative Fee: £25 per person in addition to airline charges.

Refund Timeline:

  • Most refunds are processed within 8–12 weeks, but delays may occur depending on the airline and payment method.
