1. Booking and Payment Process
A partial payment (deposit) is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat.
The ticket will only be issued once the required deposit has been received.
Bookings are held as per the airline’s holding policy and may be subject to automatic cancellation if not confirmed within the given time.
Final payment must be made promptly. We recommend completing your full payment as early as possible to secure the quoted fare and availability.

3. Price Fluctuations
All fares are subject to change and are only guaranteed after full payment and ticket issuance.
Fares can increase without prior notice due to airline policies. We are not responsible for any fare changes before full payment is received.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations before ticket issuance are subject to an amendment fee of £25 per person and possible loss of deposit.
After ticket issuance, airline-specific cancellation policies apply.
An administration fee of £25 per person will be applied by Al-haramain Umrah Company for any cancellations or refund processing.
Refunds may take 8–12 weeks to process, though delays can occur depending on the airline.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
Once tickets are issued and fully paid, they are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise in the fare conditions.
Any change or cancellation is subject to the airline’s terms and may incur additional charges.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
